Your family may qualify for tuition assistance
With one application, families may apply for tuition assistance from both the Fresno Diocese and Our Lady of Fatima School scholarship funds.
Applications are due each year by April 15th to receive assistance for the following school year. OLF sets the application deadline; not FACTS. Before submitting a late application, please contact our school office to learn whether it will be accepted.
Scholarship decisions are made by the awarding institutions. Families usually receive notice of awards in June. Presently, awards are $750 per student, but award amounts are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Scholarship funds are paid to OLF and then applied to the recipient's tuition account.
To apply, login to your FACTS account. Under FACTS Grant & Aid, select the green Start Application button. After completing the online application, you must upload or fax all required supporting documents. Uploaded documents must be in PDF format and less than 20 MB. Documents may be faxed to (866) 315-9264.
Required Supporting Documents*
- Copies of your current year IRS Federal Income Tax Return(s), with all supporting schedules, for applicant and co-applicant.
- Copies of all current year W-2 Wage and Tax Statements for applicant and co-applicant. If you are self-employed, you must submit a copy of your current year Form 1040.
- Copies of all current year supporting tax documents and schedules if you have income/loss from a business, farm, rental property, S-Corp, partnership, estate or trust .
- Copies of supporting documents for all household non-taxable income, like Social Security, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers' Compensation or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
- If you do not file a tax return, you must provide documentation of all income received.
