Students can earn tickets for kind deeds! All of our staff members will have a supply of tickets to hand out. Tickets are put in our Kindness T-shirt Box, and Mrs. Forte will draw winners daily.

KINDNESS WEEK KICK-OFF. Held during Morning Prayer and Song Practice in the Church, we'll kick off the week with some acts of kindness and announce our 2024 Wildly Kind Wildcat. Families are invited to join us.
BIG/LITTLE BUDDY MEET-UPS. Big and Little Buddies will meet for an activity that allows our older students to model kindness for their younger peers.
KINDNESS CART CRUISES CAMPUS. A kind act co-sponsored by our Sunshine Committee and OLF Student Government, parents will cruise around campus spreading kindness (dancing! treats! fun!) among all of our students.
KINDNESS GROWS HERE RALLY. All of our students will get to enjoy fun and games during a school spirit rally.

Students may wear costumes to school! Right after Morning Prayer (about 8:05 a.m.), Preschool and TK-8 students will line up for a Costume Parade around campus.
Appropriate Costumes: Students must still wear Dress Code-approved footwear with costumes (e.g., no sandals). Masks, swords or costumes with fake blood or other scary features are prohibited.
Families may stay for our Annual Halloween Carnival, open from 8:20 to 11:45 a.m. Preschool and TK students are welcome attend the Carnival with adult supervision.
Tickets: Students need tickets to play games or buy items at the Snack Bar. Tickets are $1 each and proceeds benefit Student Government. You can send cash with your student on the day of the Carnival or skip the ticket booth line and buy early! Click HERE for the ticket presale form; send it to school now with payment and receive tickets back before Halloween.
Snack Bar: Student Government will be selling donuts, popcorn, nachos, apple juice, soda and water.
Student Government is hosting a Pumpkin Carving & Decorating Contest. Students in all grades may participate. Entries will be judged in age groups: Pre-K, TK and Kindergarten; 1st through 3rd Grades; 4th through 6th Grades; and 7th and 8th Grades. There will be three winners per group for the Spookiest, Most Creative and Best Overall pumpkins.
Students must bring their carved and/or decorated pumpkins to school on Halloween for judging during the Carnival. Questions about the contest? Email kcosta@olfdof.org.
